As our president and designer, Karin has led the company in our commitment to extending the product line and to excellent customer service. We now have fulfillment warehouses in Los Angeles, CA and Copenhagen, Denmark. This enables us to continue to fill our orders in a timely fashion and to maintain a much larger inventory. This assures both our International and Domestic customers that stock of the carriers and accessories will always be readily available. We are proud of our Fair Trade Practices with our factory. We began marketing to the entertainment industry in late 2005 and the ERGO is on-line for product placement in T.V. shows such as “ER”. More placements will appear in 2006.

This year we are producing an instructional DVD to be included with each carrier shipped that will further aid parents in how to use the ERGO in its variety of positions. In addition, we plan to have our web site translated into different languages as a benefit to the International community. Due to the increased volume of sales we are now implementing a bar coding system for our wholesale customers.
