Thank you so much for such a wonderful product! Ii thought it was expensive at first, but it is well worth the money. My daughter will fall asleep in the carrier, and I can type around her, which lets me get several hours of work done! i was starting to wonder how I could work and take care of her, and this has seriously solved my problems. plus it's great for walks, too! thanks again. PS: your customer service rep was great, too, when I called with a question.
