Sara Ekelmann, Ramstein AB, Germany

I just wanted to write to tell you how much I appreciate your website, service, and the ERGO carrier. Your site made it easy to determine which carrier (new vs classic) would work best for us. It also helped solve any concerns about ordering "yet another expensive carrier/stroller" for our daughter (hubby's words) in that search for ease & practicality. The video demonstrating how to put a child in and how everything fit made me confident that I was ordering something extremely useful. Receiving it within 1 week of ordering all the way in Germany was surprisingly welcome.
I was looking for a carrier for my daughter who turned 2 in mid-Sept. for our weeklong trip to Paris. It needed to be comfortable, easy to pack away, and versatile.; The ERGO was what I truly needed. I could carry her on my front through crowded subway cars & quickly closing entry barriers. On my back, she visited Versailles, and other exciting places. It's easy for her to slide off my back to walk a while and then get back on. I purchased the Front Pouch. While too small for my wallet, it's great for sunglasses, keys, and lots of snacks. I also got the waist extension, but unless it's winter with bulky clothes, I wear the waist belt too snug to need it. Pictures that I've enclosed are of Rowen & I hiking next to the Seine, sleeping at Musee d'Orsay & very tired day at Versailles. Thanks so much for this product. ... I know of 2 women who have either ordered or thinking of ordering ERGO from you, too, because they tried out mine. I only discovered it seeing another woman with the older style at our BX. So through word of mouth, it's becoming quite popular around here.
