Happy Holidays, ERGO! I have been searching (and searching) baby stores and the Internet for the most convenient and comfortable baby carrier. I received a baby carrier as a gift (a crotch carrier) that was "okay", but the straps kept slipping and my 7 week old would scream every time I put her in it. So then I invested in a sling pouch and being that my new baby likes to stretch her legs, this sling did not do justice, her being all scrunched up. So I searched and searched until finally I found your website. I read the testimonials and reviewed the online videos on how to use the carrier. It was convincing enough to purchase and, boy, did I make the best decision ever! I am using the infant insert and I just love that "warm" tummy-to- tummy carry with my little girl. She fell asleep the very first time I put her in it. I am also very impressed with the positioning of the infant-a cradle-like position. This doesn't put any pressure on her crotch area. If only I had known about this carrier with my 3-yr old boy!

I am on my third ERGO carrier and I can't say enough great things about your product!  We never had a stroller for our son, just carriers... and yours is still going strong now that he is 2.5 years old and 30 pounds.

We recently went to Mexico and I cannot imagine doing the trip without my ERGO! Here are some photos of us at the ruins in Tulum and Coba with my son happy as can be on my back!
