Dear ERGObaby USA;

My name is JoAnn and I live in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. My daughter, Elaina, is now 11 months old and I wanted to take the time to write and thank you for making this amazing baby carrier. I knew when I watched your instructional videos that this was the carrier for me. What I didn't realize was how integral it would become in our daily lives; providing an opportunity to stay connected with my daughter while experiencing the freedom to accomplish tasks both in and outside of our home.

We've been using the ERGObaby since Elaina was 3 months old and we recently returned from a 3-week vacation in South America. While I was amazed at the use I already got out of your carrier, I was pleasantly surprised to see how handy it was to get around the airports amid all of our luggage and with touring the beautiful landscapes of Chile. Friends, family, and even complete strangers are amazed at the length of time and the type of activities both my husband and I can do with her in the carrier without feeling any discomfort (i.e. from walking, hiking, boat touring to climbing, salsa dancing, etc.).

Thank you ERGObaby USA. My daughter is becoming a happy, healthy (yes, I've conveniently nursed her in it too), secure little person thanks in large part to your carrier and the use we've gotten out of it to date. This has fast become my number one choice for baby shower gifts for new parents!
