I love my ERGObaby Carrier and just want to share with you a big THANKS. Being a proponent of wearing your baby, I was on the quest for the right carrier for me. My baby is 4 months old and 17 pounds.

I started with the Moby, but found it was too difficult to get the right wrap and all of the fabric made it difficult to get up and go. Next I tried the Baby Bjorn and after wearing it for 30 minutes the tops of my shoulders and back were too sore to continue carrying him. It was also limiting with the front-carrying-only option.

]]> I gave up on carriers for a little bit and started searching for backpacks for my growing baby. After reading a review for a backpack, the writer mentioned their love for the ERGObaby Carrier. I went to your site (which I was so impressed with - all of the support you offer your customers!), and a few others, and did all the research I could on your product. Across the board, everybody loved their ERGObaby Carriers, so I decided to give it a try.

I can say the money I spent on your product has been the best money I have spent on any of my baby products thus far. The majority of weight is carried in my hips, my shoulders are supported, and it is so easy to put my baby in and take him out. I have also found the

hood to be such a convenient option! I use it when he is ready to nap and needs "lights out", and have used it to protect him from the elements such as snow and wind. We are going on a Caribbean cruise in March and to Disneyland in May and I am thrilled I have a product that

will allow us to get up and go with our little one! I am so passionate about your product that I have become an affiliate so I can share this great product with everyone. Thanks so much ERGObaby, your product is a life saver (and back saver)!

ERGObaby=heaven on earth!!!

Why in the world did I wait until she was 16 months to buy one of these?! Better late than never...plus we have lots more time to use it since it holds up to 40 lbs.

My husband and I bought a sling carrier and a steel frame hiking backpack to use with her and they don't measure up. When she is in the ERGObaby Carrier on my back I barely feel her...and she is 27 pounds!

]]> SO many places: the grocery store, cooking, cleaning and walking on our horse trails. It is so comfortable and Emma loves it. The day it was delivered I put her in it and went for a walk. After 10 minutes she was asleep....so I snapped the hood up and did a few more things before putting her in her crib. She stayed asleep the whole time. I have also mastered putting her in and out of the back carry position in only 3 short days. It is so easy! I tell Emma we are doing our "dance move"...because that is what it looks like. :)

I will recommend the ERGObaby Carrier to fellow and soon-to-be moms, and will sing its praises!! It is the best purchase I have made since having Emma. I love it--and Emma loves it, which is what matters most to me. Thank you ERGObaby for making such a wonderful carrier and making this mom's life just that much easier!

This is the most awesome baby carrier in the world! I had three different brands before a friend told me about ERGObaby. I bought it when my baby was 1 year old and love it.

We took my baby to a trip in Hong Kong and the carrier was a big help. Every day he took his 2 hour nap time while my husband and I enjoyed the sightseeing, at night he felt asleep in it and didn't wake up when put him on bed (it's really easy the transition)! The best thing of it is that you don't get back pain like the other carriers, so you can wear it for hours! I'm expecting my 2nd baby and I am absolutely going to use the carrier with her (I haven't use the infant insert, but I'm going to try it).

I carried my babies everywhere. Unfortunately I didn't know about the ERGObaby Carrier when my 7 year old was an infant. When I heard about the ERGObaby Carrier from a friend, my 2nd child was an infant. A friend of mine loaned hers to me and asked that we give it back when her daughter was a bit older. I loved it so much I kept the one she loaned to me and bought her new one. My daughter loves being carried so much that at 4 years old,

]]> she still requests the ERGObaby Carrier for transportation. Because it's so comfortable I have no problem carrying her in it. Last night I needed to mow the lawn and she desperately wanted to help so I got out the ERGObaby. As we were mowing the lawn she leaned over and said into my ear, "We love being together, huh Mom?".

Thank you for this wonderful product. I'll be very sad when she's too big for it.

we are IN LOVE!!!

I just received my new ERGObaby bibs and we are IN LOVE!!! Not only are these bibs large enough to significantly cut down on the messes when my baby is eating, but they are very well-made and absolutely gorgeous. These bibs are cute in the pictures of them but when you see them in person it is such a huge difference. They are very soft and comfortable for the child. The colors in the embroidery really pop out more and the entire bib just screams well-made/higher end. I just really wish I could afford more of them but even on sale these were a huge splurge for me right now. Worth every penny though, definitely!!!

Greetings from Uganda. 10/28/08

It has been a while since I last communicated to you. I hope all is going well.

I am ok and the gals too. Charlene is now 1 year and 8 months old now talking and able to use a potty by her self. Except Chantal 4 years and 6 months is not so well she broke her left hand above the elbow while playing 8 days back. She is now in POP and went back to school yesterday after a week at home. She will be ok with time.

My work with the mothers is going on slowly and well. At the moment it is a rainy season and we are planting vegetables and some fruits in our groups both for food and sale.

Yesterday when I woke up at 6:00am, my baby woke up too and when she wakes before 7.30am she doesnt want any other person except me because she breastfeeds at 7:00 am before I leave home. At that time I had to prepare her food and drinks before I get to work so I just got her in the ERGO-Bag and she nursed as I prepared her food. She couldnt resist the attachment and fell asleep again. I took her to our bed as she slept I left for work with my older daughter Chantal. The Ergo baby carrier makes my life so easy!

I was able to attend the VELB- ILCA Conference in Vienna (A worldwide view on breastfeeding, conference) 1-3 October. It was such an amazing trip for me from which I learnt so many things and I met nice people too. Iam currently working on a small project from what I learned and shared at the conference.

At the conference I took some of the craft materials that we make from some of the money I got from the sale of ERGO bags that I had left and I was able to raise Euros 120. This is part of the money that I have saved to contribute to the Euros 2000 project that we are planning for January - March 2009.

We make table mats, wallets, mats , baskets and other crafts from local materials which we sale to get more money for our project. We plan on expanding our products which we can sell to our friends outside Uganda because here at home the market is not so readily available.

I now have a new boy friend Victor and he is very loving to me and my girls. He bought one of the last bags I had left for his sister with a baby. He was so fascinated when he came home and found me doing my work (cooking, cleaning) with my baby at the back and asked me where I got it. I told him about my friends at Ergobaby who gave it to me and said he had not seen it any where.

A lot has happened since my first testimonial. I will start with the good news that I won a photo contest with WABA world Breastfeeding week which appears on the World Breastfeeding week Action folders and poster.

I got membership with International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) through their partner programme Wisconsin Lactation Consultant Association (WALC). I was also invited for their annual conferences in USA - 23rd -27th July and Austria in October 1-3. I could not raise money for the one in USA but I am trying to raise money for the conference in Austria- Vienna.

I am currently working on my World Breastfeeding week activities to which I plan to sell some of the balances for the Ergo bags.

People admire me when they see me carrying my baby the ERGO way! Its such a sleek bag. My baby loves the bag too and when I hold the bag she feels like being carried because she breast feeds even when I am carrying her. This bag has made my work around the home easy especially when I do not have someone to help me! However, people tell me its expensive and that is why I have not managed to sell all of them.

From the money I sold from the ERGO bags, I have been able to train 20 more mothers in the mother support groups on breastfeeding and my collaboration with my local hospital is improving. I also covered the transport costs for the course in Integrated Infant and Young child feeding counseling I attended organised by IBFAN -Uganda and I was among the 15 people selected out of the 50 trained to become national trainers of Trainers. This may be a door opening for me. Thanks you for the bags!

I have completed a few activities for the World breastfeeding week some of the ideas I picked from LLI website others I developed myself and I am happy about it. I am still fundraising for activities but I am scared I have not raise the budget yet the time is running out but I still have hope.

I put ERGObaby Baby Carrier as one of my list of the sponsors that have made me achieve my dream to be displayed during the exhibition. I will keep in touch and send our love to the Ergo Baby Team.

You cannot imagine the smiles all over my face when I am sending you this mail! This is my first time carrying my baby, Charlene, using a professional carrier, this time the ERGO baby carrier! 3 People have asked me where I got it.

I have a little story I want to share with all of you at ERGO Baby Carrier, Inc. I hope you will find time to read it. When I had my first daughter Chantal, 3 years and 3 months ago 24th May 2004, I went through a lot of hard times when it came to carrying my baby to hospital, about 3 kilometres to my garden and 3 kilometres from the garden, Monday to Friday. I devised means by using a cloth and tied her on my back or lift her on my shoulders because I wanted her to be close to me all the time because I wanted to breastfeed her, as it was cheap and healthy for me to afford. I could walk half way and take a rest in the Jackfruit tree (see photo 2 attached) for about 20 minutes and then later proceed home. When I got a job in May 2006 that I could work 3 days a week 9am- 5pm for $150, and my days were reduced to 3 garden days when I would do the same, and I should say it has been very difficult. I have experienced serious back pains especially at the behind part of the shoulders. I had my second daughter, Charlene, on 19th February 2007 who is now 6 months and not much has changed as far as carrying her is concerned. I devised means using ordinary cloth. I have managed through with God's Guidance and protection. I am sure this pain is going away with the use of my present.

When I was called to come and pick my parcel, I almost failed to sleep at night because a lot was running through my mind, imagining so many things, some work at home with my baby at the back, reduced weight, stress reduction, etc.

Thank you so much! You have not given this bag to me alone but to my children, too. I will have more time to spend with my baby because I almost left her home because of the kilos she is gaining. For those to come my project for supporting, promoting and protecting breastfeeding that I am working on because I take off time the days when I am not at my official job and night to work on my project. It has saved me some $s almost half of my monthly salary that I would have used to buy a carrier. I want to see my self independent in the near future supporting breastfeeding and other mothers going through difficult situations with little support from their partners because I feel the best thing I can give to children is spending enough time with them and learning from their development. I have a dream of happy children and happy mothers. Thanks\ you for my wonderful present! It is helping me to add on my savings for my dream project. I am going to add $50 on to my project account with currently $355. It is going to increase to $405. If there are any people you know who can support me with my project in any way I will be very grateful.

I cannot thank you enough and I have nothing much to give you If only I could post a cabbage or jackfruit or one of the plants in my garden I could. I invite those of you who can come to Uganda and my home in particular for days because I have nothing much. I can only pray for you and wish you all the best and ask the good Lord to give you more wisdom. I will keep in touch and tell you how I am moving on with my ERGO baby carrier.

On Sunday I was making juice for lunch and my baby did not want to keep down. I just picked my ERGO and carried her and here she was breastfeeding while I was making the juice! How magical the ERGO baby carrier is! Thanks so much

I nurse my baby in (the ERGObaby carrier) virtually everywhere I go

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for this wonderful product. It is such an important part of my baby and my daily life. It is the most useful item I own. It is so quick to grab and snap on and go. It is such a secure carrier that I really feel comfortable going HandsFree. I nurse my baby in it virtually everywhere I go. She naps in it. The head flap allows her head to be supported when she is nursing or sleeping or as sun protection. The pockets make it so easy to have all of my things with me. I have four different types of carriers that I have inherited or bought. By far, the ERGObaby carrier is the most convenient and comfortable. Though the others have their merit, I cannot nurse in those nor do I always feel that my baby is absolutely secure. Also, the ERGObaby is the most comfortable for me as far as back and shoulder support.

My sister recommended the ERGObaby carrier to me a while ago. My baby is eight months now and I can see using it for a while to come. I just love it so much!!!!

We wouldn't be anywhere without our ERGObaby carrier, and now that we've added to our family, it was not hard to make the decision to purchase our second lifesaver for our daughter Elora.

We purchased our first ERGObaby carrier back in 2006 when my son Stirling was bulging out of his Baby Bjorn, and since I have a back injury we needed to find something that would support me and my 6 month old 'toddler'. We spent weeks looking at all the options, including a full hiking carrier, but after reading a few online testimonials we couldn't ignore the ERGObaby Carrier.

Two and half years later and with two ERGObaby carriers in the house, we couldn't be happier! My husband and I firmly believe that the ERGObaby is perfect for...

Back problems...

The harness system allows for fantastic load distribution. Even with my lower back injury I have managed to carry my son and daughter for long periods of time with no complaints from my spine!

Big bubs...

My son was born a toddler, (9lb15oz) and was and still is a tall boy - even now at 3 years and 18 kilos we can still give him a piggy back when his legs are too tired to walk!

Getting out and about...

Our carriers are with us at all times, we use them when we're out walking, at public events and on shopping trips. When I'm on my own they allow me to carry my 6 month old daughter and push my 3 year old in the pram, or vice versa.

Traveling...

The carriers have had their passports stamped in Thailand and New Zealand, with a trip to Tasmania (Australia) in between. Late night or early morning flights, check ins, boarding, moving around the plane and disembarking are all a breeze with the ERGObaby! Even 4 hours shopping in Bangkok's Chinatown wasn't a problem for us, my son (15 months at the time) smiled and charmed everyone from his vantage point (on the front or back) and my husband and I enjoyed a great day of spending too much money as Stirling made new friends with everyone he met!

Sickness...

There is nothing like a cuddle to help settle kiddies. The ERGObaby carrier has helped me get through a few bad days when my not-so-small son needed comforting, I basically needed to use the carrier to save my arms from giving in to fatigue! And just this week my little girl had to stay home from day-care due to a virus, but unfortunately being a working Mum, my workload was mounting so I had to work at home for the day. However, Elora was more than happy to cuddle into her ERGObaby carrier, and we were both smiling at the end of a couple of hours - she was feeling better and I had managed to tick off a few jobs from my 'to do list'!

3 sitting options...

We use all three! We liked to use the hip option before my son could walk, sitting him to the side when we shopped and cooked. Even now he is happy to fall asleep on his Dad's shoulder when he's having a piggy back.

Anyone in your family can use it...

Nan, Aunty and Uncles in our families have all carried our kiddies, with nothing but smiles all round!

Hi there,

First of all, I just want to say how much I love my ERGObaby carrier! Having tried many other carriers and slings, when I put the ERGObaby on for the first time, it was like a revelation! This is how babywearing is supposed to be!! Now, a year and a half later, I can still carry my almost 2-year old as well as my 8 month old. It is wonderful to be able to use one carrier for both. Thank you for creating such a comfortable and functional product.

I stopped by the ERGObaby booth at the ABC Kids Expo to thank everyone there for selling such a great product and was shown the new weatherproof cover that is coming out soon. I am so excited for this! Last winter my husband fashioned a poncho out of an old XXL sweatshirt, which he cut a head-hole in for my son. It looked a little funny, but it worked. But we will definitely be purchasing the cover. We have the fleece cover for the Baby Bjorn, which worked well with that, but that carrier just cannot compare to the ERGObaby carrier!

Could you please tell me when the cover is coming out and where it will be sold? Thank you very much!

Hello, my name is Eva Tomaszewski and I really did not know where to write about my experience with the ERGObaby carrier. This May I went to Europe to visit my mom with my two daughters: Isabella (6 y old) and Gabriella (just turned 2 June 30th). I bought the ERGObaby carrier about a month before my trip so I could practice (it really took only a minute to learn how to use it). It was just amazing in the airport where other people were waiting for the strollers (I had stroller once and it got lost and then when I finally got it back it was broken) and I just put Gaby in the carrier and off we went. I also knew that Gaby would have a hard time sleeping in my mom's house. Last year when I went there I was using a different carrier - it was not all that bad, except when Gaby finally fell asleep in that other carrier I had to pull her out of it and she would wake up and the whole process basically ended up with me sleeping with Gaby and not being able to enjoy my time with my mom. With the ERGObaby carrier it was much easier - when Gaby fell asleep I just unsnapped the two snaps and that was it - and she was still sleeping when I laid her down! The carrier is just amazing. Now I am back home and I still use it so much - I can walk my two dogs and have both of my daughters with me. I use mainly the front position but I have used the back one all by myself (with other carriers I needed another person to help me with the

child).

The first time the carrier arrived to the wrong address - my money has been quickly returned - thank you for the great service. My friend received the carrier the other day - she does not know it is from me. I know she will love it (she totally loved it when she saw it and her son loved it too -I carried him in it) - thank you again for such a wonderful product and great and friendly service.

Barbie was so sad not to be able to come to the Baby Wearing Conference....

...but just look at how thrilled she looks with the new fluffy I brought back for her!!

Personally, I think a silk Oopa or SB would have been a better fashion choice with the princess dress, but she prefers the two shouldered comfort of the ERGObaby carrier with her heavy toddler.

(this is actually a keychain that ERGObaby gave out at the conference - so cute!)

Dear ERGObaby,

I love my ERGObaby carrier! I think we use it just about every day. I've been carrying my son in the front position for several months now, and just checked the website today to get instruction on the side carry position. I have to say, I think the new site layout is beautiful! Huge improvement. Kudos to your graphic designer! I would love to see his or her spin on your logo! :)

My two year old and my 7 month old keep me busy these days, so thank goodness for the ERGObaby carrier. Our double stroller is so big and cumbersome that I rarely use it. With my older daughter, I tried a few baby carriers but none of them seemed comfortable (or safe) for either of us. Luckily, we now have the ERGObaby carrier for my son and this allows me to keep on the go with both of them and my back doesn’t suffer for it. I also love the “hood” feature, as the sun is strong here in Arizona and this gives our baby some extra protection. As you can tell by the photos, he feels very comfortable in it and loves taking a nap against my chest.
